How does the CardioHead musical cadence running/walking program work?


We have already defined the synchronization process known as "cadence running or cadence walking" and the associated benefits it has on your form. Some experts recommend that runners actually run or walk to a metronome in order to maintain a steady pace. The CardioHead methodology is based on the exact same principles only we use the beat of the music to provide the cadence for the runner, walker, or cyclist. This results in a more enjoyable experience as you are motivated and entertained while you are improving your form and maintaining your desired pace.
